200% Performance Guarantee: Full Terms

Effective from go-live date. Applies to all active Answer Alexander subscribers.

1. THE GUARANTEE

Answer Alexander offers a 200% money-back performance guarantee to all active subscribers. If Answer Alexander fails to deliver measurable improvement across at least two of the four qualifying performance metrics defined in Section 3, the customer is entitled to a refund equal to 200% (double) the total monthly subscription fees paid during the guarantee period.

2. GUARANTEE PERIOD

The guarantee period begins on the customer's confirmed go-live date, the date their platform is fully configured, DMS and lead sources integrated, and their team has completed the initial Sidekick onboarding session. The period is 120 days from that date.

3. QUALIFYING PERFORMANCE METRICS

Improvement must be measurable in at least two of the following four metrics, compared against the customer's baseline established during onboarding: (a) Contact-Made Rate: percentage of inbound leads with confirmed two-way communication within 24 hours, as tracked in Answer Alexander Team Scorecards. (b) Lead Response Time: average time between lead receipt and first outbound contact, as tracked via Answer Alexander telephony and messaging logs. (c) Follow-Up Attempts Per Lead: average number of documented follow-up contacts per lead, as tracked in Answer Alexander contact records. (d) Rep Daily Task Completion Rate: percentage of AI-generated daily tasks actioned by the assigned rep, as tracked in Answer Alexander Your Day dashboard.

4. CONDITIONS FOR CLAIM

To be eligible the customer must: (a) Have completed full onboarding including DMS integration, lead source connection, and initial Sidekick training. (b) Maintained active use throughout the period, minimum one active user session per business day across the team. (c) Attended required 30-day and 90-day check-in calls, or responded to written check-ins within 5 business days. (d) Submitted their guarantee claim to trevor@answeralexander.com within 14 days of the end of the 120-day period.

5. WHAT IS REFUNDED

The 200% refund applies to monthly subscription fees paid during the guarantee period only. Onboarding fees are non-refundable. Refund equals 2x total monthly fees paid from go-live through end of 120-day period.

6. EXCLUSIONS

The guarantee does not apply if underperformance is attributable to: failure to complete onboarding, team non-adoption, undisclosed data integrity issues in the customer's DMS, or force majeure events outside Answer Alexander's control.

7. CLAIM PROCESS

Submit a written claim to trevor@answeralexander.com with subject line: "200% Guarantee Claim: [Dealership Name]". Answer Alexander will review platform data within 10 business days and respond with a determination. Approved claims processed within 30 days via original payment method.

8. ONE CLAIM PER ACCOUNT

The guarantee applies once per customer account. Not renewable or stackable.

9. GOVERNING LAW

Governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.
